P47 complements TSA by targeting Gram-negative species specifically.
💡 Recommended Use in Compounding Pharmacies
-
Use P47 (MacConkey) to identify and trend Gram-negative contamination alongside general bacterial (TSA) and fungal (SabDex) plates.
-
Ideal for facilities following enhanced microbial trending protocols under USP <797>.
Design Features:
-
Rodac™-Style Contact Plate with Lok-Tight™ locking lid.
