MICROFLEX® Chemical-Resistant Nitrile/Neoprene Gloves provide advanced barrier protection for USP <800> hazardous drug workflows, including receiving, unpacking, cleanup, decontamination, and waste handling. Their unique triple-layer nitrile/neoprene formulation delivers superior resistance to cytotoxic drugs, solvents, and aggressive chemicals, while remaining soft, flexible, and comfortable for extended wear.
Designed specifically for hazardous drug safety, these gloves feature a very low AQL (0.65) to minimize pinhole risk and have been tested against fentanyl, ensuring high-integrity protection during high-risk operations. The 7.8–7.9 mil thickness provides excellent durability without sacrificing dexterity, making them ideal for double-gloving in contamination-prone environments under USP <800>.
These gloves are powder-free and disposable, and meet USP <800> requirements for hazardous drug handling, cleaning, and spill tasks.
⚠️ Not for Sterile Compounding (USP <797>)
These gloves are not sterile and are not suitable for aseptic manipulations inside ISO Class 5 primary engineering controls (LAFWs, CAIs, BSCs).
Pharmacies performing sterile compounding should use sterile cleanroom gloves such as:
✔ Kimtech™ G3 Sterile Nitrile Gloves (6 mil, White)
—for maximum durability and sterile cleanroom work
✔ Kimtech™ G3 Sterling™ Sterile Nitrile Gloves (4 mil, Grey)
—for sterile compounding workflows requiring high tactile sensitivity
If you need assistance choosing the correct sterile gloves for USP <797> compliance, we can help.
